Open fermentation day 24062017
Here you can find more info about the "Open Fermentation Day"/"Journée de la Fermentation" which will take place at La Cherche, Cherbourg, Normandie on 24th of June 2017 or Last Saturday of the Month as usually. The workshop/atelier of the day will be dedicated to the " Kombucha - Kombucha is Easy!" and it will be not only about probiotic brewing this time.
If you would like to collaborate on the event please get in touch, it would be great to do it as a group activity, that is the idea behind. Just contact please the coordinator of the event Frantisek Algoldor Apfelbeck.

Atelier "Kombucha is easy!"
FR 14h00 Cet atelier est l'introduction à la brasserie avec la culture probiotique kombucha et plus encore avec Algoldor/František! Vous aurez la possibilité d’emporter vos créations à la maison. Personne ne manquera de nourriture, ni de boisson, on va être bien. Ce serait bien de compter environ 20€ par participant, possibilité de faire une réduction pour les plus démunis. Il y a 15 places dispos, vous pouvez vous enregistrez ici.
EN 14:00 This workshop is an introduction to the brewing with kombucha probiotic culture done by Algoldor/František. You will learn how to take care about the culture and make the beverage. Do not forget to get ready some jars to bring your culture home with you. Also there will be a replication of experiment which we started at ""Fermentation Evenings" and which I believe is very interesting, it is surprise! We have around 15 spots at the workshop, we/I ask for €20 suggested donation if you can afford it, less if you can not but no one is turned away for lack of funds. Fermentation Healing Table
FR 19h00 “Fermentation Healing Table”, une variété de plats et de boissons usant des bienfaits de la fermentation, et d’autres choses encore... Prix libre. Il y a 15 places dispos, enregistrement ici. On commence les préparations vers 16:30, c‘est ouvert à tout le monde ! N'oubliez pas que nous préparons un tableau pour cinq participants plus des inscriptions, pas de déchets !
EN 19:00 "Fermentation Healing Table" offers selection of variety of international fermented dishes, beverages and more! As usually we are trying to put on the table as many ferments as possible, demonstrating in practice how delicious food can go through your digestive track nice and easy. Donation at your will, no one turned away for lack of funds. There are 15 places available, if interested sing in here please. Preparations start around 16:30 or so if you want to learn more come in advance. Please keep in mind that we prepare table for five people plus the ones who subscribe fallowing our no waste policy!
