Probiotic Drinks Everywhere (pde) project is our traditional response to the thirst of fhb group and others. The idea is to provide tasty beverages made from high quality ingredients of both non alcoholic and alcoholic properties. This time we will be have water kefir beverage of variety of flavors as non alcoholic version. Ciders 2025 is our alcoholic option for this event.The beverages are prepared by ourselves. The project should cover it's budget by voluntary donations no one turned away for lack of funds. We hope it will bring also funds in. Around 30% will go to fhb and the rest to Algoldor towards expenses related to the project, some personal goodies and importantly towards the Kvas 2026 summer camp.
Volumes
We plan on having ready around 200 l of water kefirs, plus lets say 150 l of cider (French style), 50 l of beer made by Arnd.
Types of drinks
- water kefir - honey&sugar - base made half on half natural beet root sugar (Czech Republic) and honey, local Czech Republic. Flavours will be ginger, hibisucs, rooibos.
- syrups - we will have several home made syrups based on sugar. They include sour cherry, myrobalan and red&black currant.
Serving and Storage
The drinks will be served through our tap system so no need really for special storage.
