We are continuing with tempeh experiments, especially using more natural materials like cotton based cheesecloth instead of the plastic bag with holes, so far it seem working. The darker colour are the spores all edible don't worry.

Here is the first small try of local organic vegetable roast which I made during my stay at Ferme du Vastel.

Tempeh made in cloth.
Cut through tempeh.

We are continuing with tempeh experiments, especially using more natural materials like cotton based cheesecloth instead of the plastic bag with holes, so far it seem working. The darker colour are the spores all edible don't worry.
