So the preparations for the "international open fermentation day" which will happen on 30/9/2017 where ever you are or not are on.
Here is the first small try of local organic vegetable roast which I made during my stay at Ferme du Vastel.
We are continuing with tempeh experiments, especially using more natural materials like cotton based cheesecloth instead of the plastic bag with holes, so far it seem working. The darker colour are the spores all edible don't worry.
