What is needed - place which can serve as base of operation, at least 5x5 to 5x10 m sheltered space with electricity and preferably with fresh drinkable water and drainage system. If possible longer term safe storage of products in location would be favored (no temperatures under the freezing point). - equipment for harvest: 2x ladders (3-4, 4-5 m), stepladder, baskets, 50-100 l bags (25-50 kg weight), boxes for storage - equipment for processing: shredder and press (partly external facility), blending vessel (to mix juice from variety of apples), storage vessels for juice, fermentation vessels, bottles for bottling, crates for storage of bottles, filter/straining bags, fruit dehydrator, packaging machine - transportation options: car or cart
