After over four months of waiting part of my (Algoldor) personal funding became clear. By the end of May I'll receive around €700. It is around half of what was expected, which makes nearly impossible to dedicate part of the resource to fermentation mobile project.

I've found out that it cost around €200 to be certified as microentreprise, the official training which has to be done happens once in two months or so, next one for Normandie should be at the beginning of July or so.

Based on all the things above I think that founding non profit organization for 2017 season is the only option. I will investigate on it in the next two weeks, planning to apply for it before 20th of May.

We have decided to go for trailer option because of the lower cost of the unit when purchasing and most likely no insurance payments during the year. From the legal entities the "micro-enterprise" sounds now most interesting, more legal investigations needs to be done but we will focus on that.
