Open fermentation day 27052017

Here you will find soon info about the Open Fermentation Day/Journée de la Fermentation which will take place at La Cherche, Cherbourg, Normnandie on 27th of May 2017. The workshop/atelier of the day will be dedicated to the "Elderflower" (fluer de sureau) - Sambucus nigra).
