Here you will find soon more info about this open fermentation day, I'm sorry for the delay but I just came back to Cherbourg after nearly a month of absence. Bit of info is already available here at La Cherche blog.

This event will focus on tasting of variety of international condiments which I got by myself and from friends during the past month. These treats include surströmming, truffle cheese, selection of Czech beers and many more, just come and taste!
