Sourdough can be made anywhere using the wild yeast spores that float around in the air. We will make a starter that can be used within a week to make your own sourdough bread. We will also explain how to care for your starter so that you can keep it alive indefinitely, and there will be an ongoing demo on how to use it for baking. If you want to take some home, please bring a plastic container genre Tupperware box that can be closed with a well fitting lid.
