Learn how easy it is to make your own limitless quantities of French-style soft cheese such as Saint Marcellin. It takes a couple of weeks so we won't make it in situ, but you will see how ridiculously easy it is and I will bring some jars to taste it. No special equipment is needed. This cheese can be made without using animal rennet.
