Bring water to 70C and put 1 very full tablespoon of Yerba Mate Pomelo tee in a teestrainer.

Let it sit for 3 minutes in a cup.

Add 5 tablespoon of sugar and some lemon.

Put it to 1 liter of carbonated water.
