Mate drinking not only keeps you sustainably awake but is a great social activity.
We will taste many different mates and everyone will have the chance to make a mate and share it in the circle.  
Besides the mind awakening and muscle relaxing effects, mate drinking fosters communication and we want to combine these aspects in this hands on workshop where participants will be guided through some simple exercises to envigourMATE their daily routine.
