This workshop will walk you through basics of probiotic fermentation. If you are a beginner you may find it bit challenging but I'll make sure that you will leave the workshop at least with decent know how how to work with your first culture of choice. We will work with kombucha, water kefir and milk kefir cultures sharing all of these with people who are interested. If you have some extras of your own please bring it for sharing.

Of course this workshop is going to have also degustation so you can taste some really nice brews like curcuma-ginger beer, wild fermented elderflower drink, honey based water kefir brew etc.
