Open fermentation day

This event, "Open Fermentation Day" or in French "Journée de la Fermentation", is dedicated to a promotion of arts and science of fermentation. We try to run it on regular basis last Saturday or month, whoever we are and wherever we are based. Before, during and after the event we try to share what we have done in a such form which is interesting and motivating for the people to join these activities, paying special attention to the do it yourself (DIY) friendliness.
