For the third time, we will meet on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of 24-26 of April, very very likely in České Budějovice (there are some reconstruction works on the place where we met last time, so waiting for some news and checking another options in the meanwhile). We will start to upload the program of the event here soon!
Because of the coronavirus situation the Kvas 2020 has to be cancelled for 2020 and moved to 2021. Preferred timing would be spring 2021 but for the moment because of the covid development it may be better to wait for a bit for exact dates.

This event is dedicated to the people who are either fermenting already or really want to start. We are considering moving more from the "general public" event to lets call it "fermentation gathering" of people who are really into this. There will be more information shared here soon. We have discussed the event in December and preliminary people sharing their knowledge through workshops and presentations at Kvas 2019 should be attending again: Miloslav Šimek, Stanislav Kroupa, Marek Svoboda, Vladimír Sojka, Václav Smolík, me ([[User:Algoldor|František Algoldor Apfelbeck]]) and newly also Zuzana Ouhrabková (Zkvašeno) and hopefully more! Please if you would like to join, get in touch with me in advance so we know how many people to expect. If you are willing to put some extra effort in and present something, give a workshop or volunteer to help with organization and running the event than excellent! For the core group I will try to organize some accommodation, likely a spartan one but some.

We have discussed the event in December and preliminary people sharing their knowledge through workshops and presentations at Kvas 2019 should be attending again: Zuzana Ouhrabková (Zkvašeno), Miloslav Šimek, Stanislav Kroupa (Šumavské Bylinkářství), Marek Svoboda, Vladimír Sojka (fermenárum), Václav Smolík (Oceterie), me (František Algoldor Apfelbeck) and newly also and hopefully more! Please if you would like to join, get in touch with me in advance so we know how many people to expect. If you are willing to put some extra effort in and present something, give a workshop or volunteer to help with organization and running the event than excellent! For the core group I will try to organize some accommodation, likely a spartan one but some.

If you are new to the event please have a look on the pages of the Kvas 2019 and Kvas 2017.
