Fermentation evenings are events organized by people who are into the fermentation. It is about spending time together, enjoying variety of brewing and fermentation activities and projects. If possible it should be regular weekly event which brings the group together and secure it is active in a long term. It promotes related activities in the long term, diffusing them into the main stream society. It comes handy to run those evenings in combination with the Open Fermentation Days which are monthly events.
