===Location/Contact===
The location of our village has not been set yet so we will have to wait for the info which will be shared here later on.

===Goals===
Main goal is to meet each other as a group in a real word again after two and half years pause and enjoy it being excellent to each other. We will set up our experimental kitchen and workshop venues with our village spread around. We will run workshops, experimental projects and be functioning again as a food, drink and bio related hub for community. Ending around 1000€ in plus would be nice so we are kind of ready for 37c3.

===Guidelines===
As already said above, “be excellent to each other” is our motto, lets stick to it! Sensitive behaviour towards follow foodhackers around you is important to us, keeping them safe from your experimental frenzy and give them your ear if needed. It is a long ride through the life, many experiences therefore to gain and "swarms" of mistakes on the way. Keeping in mind that it is the community which matters and you are it's part is important, be happy :-).

We will build and run FHB Experimental Kitchen, two Workshops Venues and likely rent and run cooling trailer. There will be of course the support infrastructure like dish washing area, resting corner, dining area, fhb (and other) projects presentation desk etc.

Organizing, running and being used as a place for food, drink and related "workshops" is probably our main activity and what we share with the community. You are welcome to join either submitted or spontaneous workshops or you can give some, for more information please check this section.

If you have a special project which you would like to run at/from fhb please let us know! By project we mean something what is happening few to several times during the camp, could be presentations, workshops, tastings, example is for example [[mch2022_pde| Probiotic Drinks Everywhere project]].

This project is funded independently, majority of it being donated by fhb "members" or supporters through our [[mch2022_crowdsourcing|Crowdsourcing Campaign]]. We aim to collect 2700€ before the event starts, the total running budget should be around 4000€, for more info check this section. Please do remember our motto "no one turned away for lack of funds". Donations are much appreciated but voluntary!

Anek: Seitan making 101

Do you want to amaze your vegan and vegetarian friends with delicious sausages ready for the grill? This is the right place! This workshop is an introduction to seitan making. It's a hands-on workshop, wash your hands properly and be ready to mix!

Seitan is a meat made from the gluten extracted from flour. THIS IS NOT A WORKSHOP FOR ANYONE WITH A GLUTEN ALLERGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All flour contains gluten, some types to a higher percentage than others. The traditional method of making seitan involves washing the flour to remove the starch, and turn the resulting blob of gluten into mock meat.
In this introduction workshop we will skip the flour-washing step and start with gluten flour, which is just the resulting gluten in a much more practical form.
We will make sausages out of the gluten flour and cooked beans, and everyone will be able to customize their flavor with herbs, spices, fruits, etc. Bring your ideas, think of what flavors you would like to (re)-create, and don't be afraid to experiment!

If you have fun and want to learn the traditional method of flour-washing seitan making we might do a follow-up mini-workshop in the following days.

This workshop is donation-based at your will, no one turned away for lack of funds. If you can afford to donate, please do, most people donate during the workshop between €5-15 per person which allow us to keep the FHB going and offer more and more fun activities!
